We changed all the 'and' for '&' except in 1 or 2 cases where it looked important to keep the 'and'.

This not always means just removing the special character, but sometimes editing the name if we deem it necessary.

If you used special characters, we probably changed the name/nickname.

Then, it's quite important to mention that we edited a number of names, according to the rules and some other criteria. We received the demands for name changes in the credits.
